By accessing Tasweeqy, creating an account, submitting a listing, purchasing a subscription, requesting verification, requesting sponsored placement, or using any platform feature, you agree to these Terms.

If you use Tasweeqy for a company, agency, studio, or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the platform or submit content for publication.

Tasweeqy is a bilingual directory platform for discovering and comparing marketing agencies, creative agencies, digital service providers, and freelance marketing professionals.

Tasweeqy is not a marketplace, procurement platform, escrow service, RFQ system, bidding platform, chat product, order management system, or payment processor for client projects.

Visitors use Tasweeqy to review public profile information and contact providers through external contact channels. Any service relationship happens outside the platform.

Provider accounts are intended for legitimate agencies, companies, studios, consultants, and freelance professionals in marketing, creative, digital, media, advertising, communications, technology, or related services.

You must provide accurate account, role, profile, location, contact, billing, and business information and keep it current.

You are responsible for account activity, password security, authorized team access, and any content submitted through your account.

Tasweeqy may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts that appear fraudulent, misleading, inactive, abusive, infringing, or outside the platform scope.

Agency and freelancer profiles may include names, logos, descriptions, services, skills, locations, portfolio projects, team members, social links, contact links, reviews, ratings, owner responses, and other public listing details.

You are responsible for making sure profile content is accurate, lawful, not misleading, and supported by appropriate rights or permissions.

You must not upload client work, testimonials, trademarks, logos, images, case studies, names, or confidential information unless you have the required permission to publish it.

Published profiles are public and may be viewed, shared, indexed by search engines, used in directory pages, or displayed in related recommendations.

Tasweeqy may review, approve, reject, format, edit for clarity, suspend, hide, or remove listings and related content where needed for quality, trust, policy compliance, legal compliance, or platform safety.

Submission, payment, or account creation does not guarantee listing approval, verification approval, ranking, traffic, leads, or business outcomes.

If a listing is rejected, Tasweeqy may provide a reason and allow resubmission where the issue can be corrected. Repeated or serious violations may lead to account restriction.

Reviews may require administrative approval before publication. Tasweeqy may reject reviews that are fake, irrelevant, abusive, promotional, defamatory, discriminatory, spam, conflicted, or otherwise harmful to platform trust.

Owner responses must be professional, factual, respectful, and relevant to the review. Responses must not include threats, private information, incentives for review changes, or misleading claims.

Ratings and reviews represent reviewer-submitted feedback and do not guarantee provider quality, availability, legal compliance, commercial performance, or project success.

Tasweeqy is available to agencies and freelancers on an annual subscription basis. Standard plans are priced at $9.99 per month for freelancers and $19.99 per month for agencies, billed annually after any approved launch-promotion free period ends.

The Standard first-year-free period is a launch promotion, applies only while the promotion is available, and may be changed, paused, or ended for future approvals.

Premium plans are priced at $14.99 per month for freelancers and $24.99 per month for agencies, billed annually from activation. Premium plans include Featured profile status while the plan remains active and are not eligible for the Standard launch promotion.

Subscription fees are charged in advance for the annual term unless a written invoice, subscription payment flow, or promotion states otherwise.

Subscription access may include dashboard access, profile publishing tools, public profile visibility, analytics, and other plan features available at the time.

Taxes, bank charges, currency conversion costs, card network fees, or payment provider fees may apply depending on your location, payment method, and provider.

Verification is an administrative review process intended to improve trust signals. It may include review of profile completeness, business information, proof of identity or business presence, public links, portfolio claims, and other relevant signals.

Tasweeqy may charge a verification processing fee through a manual invoice issued outside the portal. This fee pays for review work and does not guarantee approval or continued verified status.

Featured profile status is handled through a paid Premium subscription plan rather than a standalone featured request. It may affect presentation or sorting signals inside Tasweeqy, but it does not guarantee traffic, ranking, leads, inquiries, conversion, or any specific commercial result.

Sponsored placements are optional promotional placements that may be requested in the portal, manually invoiced outside the portal, reviewed, scheduled, limited, rotated, paused, rejected, or removed based on availability, quality, relevance, payment status, and platform policy.

Tasweeqy, platform design, software, branding, page structure, interface elements, and original platform content are owned by or licensed to the platform operator and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant Tasweeqy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, use, reproduce, display, adapt for formatting, translate where needed, and distribute that content for operating, promoting, improving, and indexing the platform.

You confirm that submitted content does not violate third-party rights and that you have permission to grant the above license.

Visitors and listed providers may communicate outside Tasweeqy using public contact links. Tasweeqy is not a party to those communications, negotiations, proposals, contracts, payments, taxes, deliveries, revisions, disputes, or service outcomes.

Providers are solely responsible for their services, client relationships, fees, legal compliance, tax obligations, statements, qualifications, and performance.

Visitors are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before hiring, paying, or relying on any listed provider.

We aim to provide a reliable platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or always-available access.

Tasweeqy may update, suspend, limit, remove, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, compliance, product improvement, commercial reasons, or technical constraints.

Features, plan inclusions, profile tools, analytics, review workflows, verification workflows, premium profile status, and sponsored placement options may change over time as the platform evolves.

Tasweeqy may suspend or terminate access, hide profiles, remove content, restrict features, or decline renewal where an account violates these Terms, creates risk, fails payment, abuses the platform, or harms platform trust.

You may stop using the platform or cancel renewal according to the applicable billing workflow. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund unless the Refund Policy says so.

Sections that by nature should survive termination, including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, dispute terms, and content licenses for already-published or archived materials, will survive.

Tasweeqy is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of provider-submitted content, provider quality, visitor behavior, search ranking, traffic, leads, inquiries, conversions, sales, or any commercial outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daftery for Software Solutions is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, reputational, data-loss, profit-loss, opportunity-loss, or business-interruption damages arising from use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Tasweeqy may update these Terms from time to time. The updated date on this page indicates the current version.

Material changes may be communicated through the platform, email, or another reasonable method where required. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the State of Qatar, unless mandatory consumer, privacy, or other legal rules require otherwise.

Tasweeqy.com is a product provided by Daftery for Software Solutions, Doha, Qatar.

Any dispute, legal notice, account concern, billing question, privacy request, or policy question should first be sent to support@tasweeqy.com so we can try to resolve it in good faith before formal proceedings are started.
