Tasweeqy.com is provided by Daftery for Software Solutions, based in Doha, Qatar.

Tasweeqy is a bilingual directory platform. It is not a marketplace, procurement platform, escrow service, RFQ system, bidding platform, chat product, order management system, or payment processor for client projects.

Visitors use Tasweeqy to discover and compare public profiles. Agencies and freelancers subscribe to publish and manage their public directory presence.

Provider accounts are intended for marketing agencies, creative agencies, digital service providers, and freelance marketing professionals.

You must provide accurate account, profile, contact, billing, and business information and keep it updated.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping login credentials secure.

Tasweeqy may review, approve, reject, edit for formatting, suspend, or remove listings, portfolio items, reviews, owner responses, or other content that violates these Terms or harms platform trust.

Reviews may require admin approval before publication. Public owner responses must be professional, accurate, and relevant.

Verification, featured placement, ratings, and review display do not represent a guarantee of provider performance, availability, legal compliance, or commercial outcome.

Tasweeqy is available to agencies and freelancers on an annual subscription basis. Freelancer subscriptions are priced at $9.99 per month billed annually. Agency subscriptions are priced at $19.99 per month billed annually.

Fees are payable in advance for the annual term. Taxes, bank charges, currency conversion costs, and payment provider fees may apply.

Subscription features, pricing, and plan packaging may change for future renewal terms with notice where required.

You may not submit false, misleading, unlawful, infringing, abusive, discriminatory, or spam content.

You may not scrape the platform, interfere with security, misuse profile contact information, impersonate another person or company, or use Tasweeqy to facilitate fraud.

You must have rights to all logos, portfolio images, client references, trademarks, reviews, and other materials you upload or submit.

Tasweeqy may display public contact links such as website, email, phone, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, or other social links.

Any negotiation, project, contract, payment, tax, delivery, dispute, or service relationship between a visitor and a listed provider happens outside Tasweeqy and is solely between those parties.

We aim to provide a reliable platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available access.

We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue features when needed for security, maintenance, legal compliance, product improvement, or business reasons.

Tasweeqy is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Daftery for Software Solutions is not responsible for third-party provider services, visitor decisions, business outcomes, lost opportunities, indirect damages, or external websites linked from profiles.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the State of Qatar, unless mandatory consumer or data protection rules require otherwise.

Any dispute should first be raised with us so we can try to resolve it in good faith.
